AGIA TRIADA
The Royal Villa, also known as the Small Minoan Palace of Agia Triada (Holy Trinity), was named by the archaeologists who excavated the site in the early 20th century. It was built around 1600 BC on a hill near Phaistos and is considered one of the most important examples of Minoan architecture, yielding significant archaeological finds.
